How do I get an energy document in Turkey

There are a series of buildings and places on which the government imposed this decision and we mentioned them in details, the most important of which are residential buildings, workshops and factories, public buildings such as hospitals and schools, warehouses, buildings designated to become private commercial companies, buildings with an area of more than fifty square meters, and the building that will be used for more than two consecutive years, these buildings are within the places designated by the state in particular, and the state strictly forbids any of these previously mentioned ones from carrying out the buying and selling process and other matters if they do not have an energy identity document. This decision is categorically decisive for those who own a new building. As for those who own old buildings, the state has been lenient with them and has not imposed this decision on them compulsorily, as they were given the choice between obtaining this document or not. This statement issued by the state was about ten years ago from now, but recently, and only about a year ago, the Turkish government imposed it on all buildings, whether modern or old.
Does the energy document in Turkey have a certain validity period or is it valid forever?
The energy identity in Turkey is valid for a period of ten years for a single building from the date of the issuance of the decision and whenever its period expires, it must be renewed again by the owners of the building or its owner in the case of having one only. And recently, a decision was issued by the Turkish government saying that there should be two copies of the energy identity document for the building, the first copy of which is attached to the entrance to the building, and the second copy remains with the building owner. When making a sale, purchase or rental of any property in Turkey, this document should be present in those transactions.
