Tastes and desires always differ from one person to another according to many reasons. The reasons may be personal just because this type is similar to him and the other does not suit his taste. The reasons may be related to the nature of the apartment’s use (rental, purchase, or investment), and the choice is affected by the number of family members and the required duration of housing, and the reasons vary. Accordingly, there are many options for apartments in Turkey, and we will mention a number of types of apartments.
 

Types of apartments in Turkey:

 
1. Apartments in Turkey:
They are the normal type of apartments in Turkey, It is characterized by its observance of everyone's demands to some extent, as it is available in abundance, in different types, in different areas, and in many forms that make it suitable for different lifestyles. It is very popular and it is accessible to all.
 
2. Hotel apartments in Turkey:
They are the most attractive apartments for tourists who want to spend a short period on the summer vacation or for other reasons, and they are available in abundance and in different types.
 
3. Penthouses:
Luxurious, high-quality, well-located apartments as they are located on the upper floors of buildings and often on the last floor of high-rise buildings in major cities. It is characterized by the glass facades that give each building a beautiful view, as well as the high privacy of these apartments, giving the resident a feeling of comfort and tranquility. 
 
The coast in most of Turkey's cities is the winning card for investment, as Turkish cities are distinguished by their wonderful views of the coast, and they compete with each other to make appropriate efforts to show the beauty of nature, including what was done on the houses and their direct views of the coast, so it was very popular with those wishing to rent or own a property.
 
5. Studio apartments:
This type of apartments is preferred by many, especially among unmarried young people and university students, especially scholarship students from other countries and workers who want to reduce the burdensome and expensive housing expenses, which are small in size, and consist of one bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and one living room. This type of apartments is located mostly in the heart of the city, close to the vital places and workplaces, which makes it the ideal practical option for many. 
 
 6. Duplex apartments:
It consists of two complete residential apartments located on top of each other and connected by an internal staircase. The duplex apartments are distinguished by their ability to accommodate large families who cannot afford the cost of villas, as their price is good compared to the villas, and some of them have their own garden, which makes them combine both cases (luxury housing and an acceptable budget).  
 
 7. Sharing apartments:
These are apartments in which time is shared with a partner, i.e. benefit-sharing in the property, for example: Someone buys a hotel room or apartment in a luxury hotel resort in Turkey, so he has the right to reside there or rent it for one week a year, without committing to the pre-booking condition, and this makes it easier for him to come to Turkey at a time that suits him without the need to search for a property and make Rental procedures, especially in the tourist seasons in which it is difficult to find a suitable and convenient apartment.
