Q1: Can I get Turkish citizenship?
Yes, a foreigner can obtain Turkish citizenship in several ways, including buying a property in Turkey, provided that the purchase contract is concluded after the date of 12/1/2017.
Q2: What is the minimum value of the property nominated for Turkish citizenship?

The date of preparation of the property evaluation report should not exceed more than 3 months from the date of application; the report is valid until the application process for Turkish citizenship is completed.
Q5: Can I register the value of the property with the Deed at a price lower than its real price to reduce taxes?
The value of the property registered with the Deed cannot be less than the value recorded in the valuation report, and in the case of presence a difference between the values, the application for Turkish citizenship will be refused.

The dollar exchange rate will be calculated according to the official rate on the date of purchase , according to the Central Bank of Turkey bulletin .

No, it is not possible at all, even the value of the property should be slightly more than the value specified in the Regulations in order for the application process for Turkish citizenship to proceed properly.
Q8: Can I pay for the property in cash?
However, all payments made by the buyer to the seller must be by certified bank transfers and issued from the buyer's account to the seller's account.
Q9: How to verify the payment of the full value of the property?
You will be required to provide transfer receipts that prove bank transfers between the buyer and seller, from the sending bank and the receiving bank.
Q 10: Can I buy a property from my non-Turkish brother or friend and apply for Turkish citizenship?
No, you cannot buy the property from a foreigner. You must buy the property from a Turkish person or a Turkish company. Properties purchased from foreigners will not help you to apply for Turkish citizenship.
