4 - Citizenship through marriage:
It can also be obtained when marrying a Turkish citizen, but it is not possible to apply for it until three years have passed from the date of marriage, in order to ensure that this marriage is real and its purpose is not only to obtain Turkish citizenship, and also in order to ensure that the foreigner does not pose any threat to public security in Turkey. It can also be obtained in the case of adoption or by proving Turkish assets or by obtaining a work permit and staying in Turkey for at least five continuous years.
