Electronic Turkish Government E-devlet
With the end of the second millennium and the beginning of the third millennium, and the acceleration of the electronic revolution movement, the concept of e-government emerged with the aim of eliminating bureaucracy and securing faster and easier communication between citizens and the government.
It also aims to develop the state and ensure the effective performance of the satirist, ensure the participation of citizens in government at all levels, prevent the repetition of commercial data and ensure the exchange of information between institutions, and also facilitate the issues of citizens and serve itself, by the audience.
The Turkish government announced the launch of its portal project in 2006, providing a digital environment that facilitates communication between citizens and the government, easier away from the complexities of bureaucracy and getting into problems of overcrowding and waste of time.
How to access the portal
The e-government portal is accessed using the user's national number and password.
The password is obtained through the Turkish National Post Directorates PTT for a sum of money of not much than 0.5$.
With regard to the services provided by the Turkish government portal E-devlet, there were 4,000 servers through computers and 1,912 services through the mobile application, and these services are provided in coordination with 262 government institutions.

The e- devlet is an easy-to-download and accessible application that aims to provide public services to citizens in the easiest and most efficient way, in a quality, speed, uninterrupted and safe manner. Through an understanding of e-government, which began to replace the concept of a bureaucratic and classical state, it enables every institution and individual to easily access state institutions and services provided by institutions.
