Prominent Differences between Touristic Residence Permit and Real Estate Residence Permit in Turkey
A resident in Turkey must own one of the types of residence permits granted by the Turkish government to foreigners, the types of which vary depending on the status of the foreigner socially. Touristic Residence Permit:
This residence is granted at the request of a tourist coming to Turkey when booking a plane ticket online, usually the term is one year and in some cases two years. As for the required papers:

Real Estate Residence Permit:
Foreign property owners in Turkey are granted this residence permit, but obtaining Turkish citizenship requires that the property price be US$250,000. So, do not be confused between Turkish citizenship and real estate residence permit.

Family Residence Permit:
According to Turkish laws, a family residence permit is granted if you are married to a Turkish citizen, and the term of this residence permit is one year, two years or even three years. Then, Turkish citizenship is granted to family residence permit holders after three years.

Work Residence Permit:
It is granted to foreign employees working in Turkish companies, where the company concerned applies for a work residence permit to the employee after obtaining a work permit from the Ministry of Labor for foreigners. It is also granted to family members of the employee with the same term of his work permit.
Turkish companies are required to employ five Turks against each foreign employee, the required papers are:

What Is the Difference between a Touristic Residence Permit and a Real Estate Residence Permit?
The most common types of residence permits at all are touristic residence permit and real estate residence permit, and here we will talk about the differences between them.
Touristic residence permit has many advantages which are:

The possibility to travel to Turkey without the need to get a visa.

The possibility of purchasing a car and getting a Turkish driving license.

Your children have the right to get free education in all public schools.

It is one of the conditions for establishing a company or obtaining a work permit in Turkey.

The holder of a touristic residence permit in Turkey has the right to open a bank account in all Turkish and international banks located on its lands.

The holder of the touristic residence permit can own a property in all its types, if he is of the nationalities which are allowed to own.
All of the above can be done by the holder of a touristic residence permit, as the touristic residence permit is classified as the second best residence permit types in Turkey after the permanent residence permit. Documents Required to Obtain a Real Estate Residence Permit:
