Types of title deeds in Turkey

Firstly, the blue or agricultural title deed, this color of title deeds is given to anyone who buys agricultural land, or wants to raise certain types of animals on it.
Another color of that title deed is the red color or the residential title deed, which is exclusively for apartments, offices and other places, and it is organized into three parts in the first part of it contains the address of the purchased property, its area and type, and in the second section of the title deed mentions the space that the apartment takes from the residential floor, that is, if it takes the whole or half of the floor.
