The first method: It is through direct dealing with the construction company and the organization of a sales contract between the two parties in which all the agreed terms are listed.

* On this matter, it is important to realize that the first method gives a short period until the installments are paid, while the second allows a longer period that may reach up to 10 years, but the latter has a higher price for the house , therefore, many people choose the first. 
* As for the first payment, it must be 35% of the price of the house, but if the buyer pays 50% of its price, then he will get big discounts.

1- Residential complex houses: It is one of the most sought-after options by everyone, as it is described as being typical, based on all its advantages, in terms of security and protection, amazing designs, distinctive location, wonderful view, and spacious areas that give privacy to all who inhabit it. But the prices of the houses that are located within it are very expensive, based on all its advantages and components. 

2- Detached houses: Each of them has its own specifications, it varies according to the region in which it is located and according to the city. It is one of the options preferred by everyone who is about to buy a house in Turkey, because its prices are more suitable than residential complexes. 

3- Penthouses: It is one of the newly found types of houses and is characterized by being very luxurious, and its prices are high, and most of the people who live in it are the rich and those who have a high budget. Penthouses are characterized by a charming view and large areas, which provides privacy for anyone looking for privacy and comfort, as they are located on the last floors of high buildings and skyscrapers.

If the house was acquired in a way that violates the law and by illegal methods. 
If the house was used for a purpose other than what it was purchased for. 
In the event that the allowed period has expired and the project to be implemented has not been submitted.
