Who can get a Turkish driver's license?
Any person holding Turkish citizenship or residence (valid residence permit in Turkey of any kind, or temporary protection card bearing the national number for refugees).
Provided that the age is not less than 18 years (to drive a car), and 17 years to drive motorcycles.
What are the documents required to obtain a car driving license in Turkey? What are the most important steps to obtain it?

Then go to a government bank to deposit the driver's license fees and obtain a payment receipt to attach to the file.
After that, you must take an appointment from the security center where you live, go to it and submit the file, then the security center will be granted a temporary driving license for a month until the driver's license arrives.
The driver's licence is sent to the address registered in the Population Department by post within 3-10 days.
