Chapter eleven of the Turkish Nationality Act stipulates that the following conditions must be met in the applicant:

Legal capacity in terms of age and mental stability.

The Papers Required for Turkish Citizenship
Real estate investment is the fastest way to obtain Turkish citizenship under conditions such as:

The property must be worth a minimum of $250,000 or its equivalent of other currencies.

The property must be registered in the Land Registry and Cadastre.

The purchase of the property should be made from a Turkish side, whether it is a Turkish person, a Turkish construction company or through real estate agent.

The value of the property must be paid through a bank transfer from the investor or his official agent.

Pledge not to sell the property three years before.
The papers required are:

Real estate valuation report for the property to be purchased from a real estate valuation company accredited by the Turkish government.

A civil status identification document such as a marriage contract.

Birth certificate for each family member (wife and children under the age of 18).

A passport translated into Turkish and certified by the Notary.

Four biometric personal photographs of husband and wife.

Property ownership deed.

Original payment receipts from the buyer's account are stamped with a seal from the sending bank.

Original receipts from the seller's account are stamped with a seal from the receiving bank.
If You Want to Obtain Turkish Citizenship through a Bank Deposit, the Required Papers Are as Follows:

Obtain a report from the Banking Regulatory and Supervision Agency of Turkey in order to match the amount deposited to apply for Turkish citizenship.
