  1. Foreign buyer's passport with copy translated into Turkish
  2. Property ownership contract in Turkey, which includes detailed information about the property
  3. Property value statement document, and this document can be obtained from the municipality of the area where the property is located
  4. Earthquake Insurance Policy
  5. Personal photos: a recent photo of the seller, and two recent photos of the buyer.
  6. If the buyer has a legal agent for whom the property purchase is made, the  agent must present the original copy of the power of attorney along with a translated copy certified by the notary office.
     

Points to consider to choose the right property

  • Property location: Choosing the location of the property that you will buy offers you many advantages and facilities that you desire, such as the property  being near public transportation and saves you many troubles in your transportation, except that the appropriate choice of the location of the property facilitates the process of selling it if you decide to do so and increases its price as well.
  • The quality of the construction in which the property is located : It is very necessary to note every stray and incoming related to the quality of construction, in order to save yourself many troubles and wages related to maintenance and repairs .
  • Ensure that there is no tenant occupying the property to be purchased.
  • Ensure that the previous taxes were paid by the previous property owner.
  • Verify the eligibility of the person responsible for the sale of the property, and his possession of the right to carry out the sale.
  • Verify that the property is free of any mortgage or signals .
  • Ensure that the specifications and information contained in the title deed (Tapu) conform to the specifications of the property on the ground.
