How to calculate the value of the investment return in real estate in Turkey

In every field we delve into its details, whether scientific, commercial or investment, it will bring us many goals, some of which are useful and beneficial, and some that are bad and harmful, and often the result that emerges after each project is the fruit of what we planted during the design and completion of the work. As we know that every cause has a result that results from it, and for real estate investments in the Turkish state, there are returns that are brought to the owners as a result of this project, and they are often satisfactory to all parties. As a result of this satisfactory return, investment in Turkey attracts attention due to the advantages it offers in the market. Turkey is one of the most important places around the world suitable for investment projects, which foreigners are very popular with. And recently, the Arabs have become at the forefront of investors in the Turkish territory.


Real estate return resulting from investment in Turkey, how is it calculated? 

The Turkish city of Istanbul is one of the most abundant cities for investment returns in Turkey's real estate, where its return is large and available over years. Of course, the return of real estate investment in Turkey is very different from other investments, for every investment project has special characterization over others. The investor is absolutely not going to lose something from his money, it is either remained the same without an increase or decrease i.e. as deposited the first time, or there is a chance for increasing and huge leaps in the business world. The property in Turkey is everywhere and almost always maintains its value. If the investor is investing his money in a tourists attraction area overlooking charming natural views such as the mountains, for example, or the sea, his project will have to be bumper of money, because the prices of real estate in a  nice place that people always want witness a continuous increase as everyone choose it . And if the investor wants to sell the property he owns instead of renting it, then he will also earn approximately seventy percent of the original property price above its price. As we mentioned earlier, the investor in this field of projects will be a winner, and the profit will be on his side, and most real estate projects are always guaranteed to earn returns in the long term as well, and by "the long term" we mean several years.


What is the return earned from real estate investment in Turkey's residential real estate exclusively? 

As investors of real estate or apartments in residential Turkey, we can harvest money in two different ways, but together they bring great benefit to their owner. The first resource is to resell the property again. For example, an investor buys a property or more in Turkey within a residential area and makes some modifications and improvements to it, and after a while he puts it up for sale, bringing him a higher price than what he bought it before. The second resource that comes with money as a result of real estate investment is leasing, when an investor buys some houses for sale in Istanbul, for example, and rents them to tourists, expatriates, and those who need shelter, and every time a new rental contract is concluded, he can increase the price of the property than before, and this coincides with the law which provides for this. Real estate investment in Istanbul in particular comes with a greater financial return than the rest of the provinces, as it is the tourist capital, and this does not negate that the benefit of investing in the rest of the provinces is excellent, and they are headed by Istanbul.   


The right choice of real estate investment location in Turkey has a major role in increasing the financial return? 

The excellent location of the project on which you will base your investment is one of the reasons for the success of the project. It is a good reason to make your money multiply abundantly: 
When you choose a beautiful and desirable location and most people are coming to it, your project will automatically reap a population increase and an increase in house prices in Turkey. It is true that a good real estate location is required, but the location needs additional improvements that increase its value, such as the presence of shopping centers around the property in Turkey, which will help the residents in it to bring their needs easily, so they desire this property and cling to it. Also, if there is a school near it as well, this will help to attract residents who represent the financial return for the property owner. 

And if you want to know where to invest, you only need to know that in the city center the return is somewhat acceptable, but it does not increase by a large percentage throughout the year. As for investing in suburbs and newly constructed buildings, the material return is more money-generating for the owner, and profitability can increase significantly, because modern buildings contain everything that is modern, so the rent or sale price rises in return. 

The human preiously and still has the most luck in most cases, because it is the will of God Almighty to be happy in his world, and we rarely find him dissatisfied, and this is not, of course, due to his lack of luck, but to his lack of conviction. At the conclusion of any project he undertakes in his life, he will reap the fruits of his labor in terms of money, returns, and other procedures, so whatever the outcome, it  is surely in his favour. And if he is an investor in Turkey, he will certainly be the owner of the largest share of the profits, because his project is successful and without exaggeration. If the soil is fertile, surely the flower will grow ripe and fresh, pleasing to the eye and delighting the mind.
