To complete real estate ownership procedures in Turkey and deed works, the following is required:

Extract a tax number.

Translate your passport into Turkish.

Passport certification translated by the notary, or through Turkish embassies abroad.

Two photos.

Payment of the deed fee.

Presence of the relevant person or his official agent, by providing a notarized power of attorney to the notary, or through Turkish embassies abroad
