It was developed according to objective, coordinated and studied plans according to correct, audited and organized plans. And you can know the real price of the property in Turkey through the specifications in it or near it. But there are many people who do not know anything about this issue, so we chose to focus our discussion on real estate, its prices, and differences.  

What are the most important specifications that affect real estate prices in Turkey: 
1- The title deed must be identical to the property:
First of all, you have to be fully aware of the types of title deeds that exist in Turkey, in order to know whether the title deed matches the type of property or not. It must also be ready when buying or selling, so there is no room for procrastination in this matter. It must also ensure that the specifications contained in the purchased property are all written in the title deed. In addition, the seller's personal information must be correct, such as his name, number, residence, and so on. All these issues must be mentioned in addition to the price of the property agreed upon in advance between the two parties. The price must be clear and explicit, and not ambiguous. 

2- The external structure of the property: It is very normal for the property offered for sale to be the thing that determines the price and the specifications on which it is evaluated; For example, the area of ​​the property as a whole and the number of rooms it contains. Also, what gives the property an additional price is if the property in which the apartment is located is newly built; If it is old, it will be more consumable and therefore its value will decrease. Also, the floor number on which the property is located plays a role in determining the price. All these factors are in solidarity with the quality and modernity of the decoration. 

3- Internal specifications of the property in Turkey: First of all, most people who are going to buy a property in Turkey, if it is residential, prefer to have a university or a school near it in order to facilitate commuting and movement for their children. The second factor that makes the property a suitable option is the interior details of the property in terms of the number of rooms it contains and the total area of ​​the property, and whether the property is equipped with beautiful decorations that suit your taste. The property must have high quality plumbing fixtures that will last for a long time. One of the most important issues in which those who are about to buy real estate in Turkey are concerned is to ensure that the property is free of moisture that makes the property consumable, so the direction of the apartment must be entered by the sun that absorbs the cold. Of course, the location that the property occupies in the city is a very important matter; If the property is located in the city center, this makes those wishing to own the property flock to it so that you hardly find a property in the city center that is empty of residents, because if the property is in the city center, this means that it is close to all the services that the resident needs in his daily life, such as shopping centers and the like. 

4- The most important signs that determine the price of a property in Turkey: 
First, if this property is close to the sea, its price will be high because it is considered a tourist property with a lot of demand around it. Or in general, if that property is located near the tourist places, its price will be somewhat high due to the demand of tourists to stay in it. Also, if the real estate apartment is close to the transportation site that leads to the rest of the areas, then this is the same as the previous case and is desirable by people, and if it is desirable, this means that its price is exorbitant. Also, apartments with large areas are more expensive than apartments with less space. Also the factor that gives the apartment a high price is its view; If the view is beautiful, its price differs from whether it is normal or not dazzling. We must point out to the period of time during which the property was built; If it is new, this increases its price than if it was built a long time ago. This is an advantage that makes its price higher because it is less used and not consumed. And the last evidence of the estimated price of the property is the property itself; If it is normal, it will be cheaper and less expensive than if it is located within a residential complex, because residential complexes are newer than regular apartments, and this is what gives it a price that distinguishes it from others.

 5- Services provided: It is known that Turkish real estate offers its residents and owners a lot of services, but the type of services provided varies from one property to another. There are properties that provide you with all the recreational services that you need in your life, and there are properties that provide you with only the basic needs of cleaning and maintenance. Therefore, it is important to be attentive to these matters in order to monitor the real price of the property without falling into the trap of scammers.

Finally, we can say that real estate in Turkey has many specifications that determine its value and disclose its price. As a person who is going to buy a property in Turkey, you must be knowledgeable and have sufficient experience in the field of real estate.
